“Healthier” chocolate orange flapjacks

Looking for a fast and simple healthier option to satisfy your sweet cravings? Whether you snack during the day or while watching TV at night, opt for healthier alternatives to stay on track with your fitness objectives.
Be mindful of what you eat, not only is this healthier than most chocolate bars, but you also know exactly what's in it. It's also great for meal prep!
The best part: They are Vegan!!!!

Ingredients
120g Peanut Butter
160ml maple syrup
1/2 cup applesauce (alt. use 1 mashed banana)
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
350g oats
50g dark chocolate
Orange zest

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius
and line tray with baking paper
Combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until fully combined
Mix in applesauce, baking powder and salt
Add in the oats. Stir until evenly coated. (make sure it’s sticky but not overly coated)
Transfer to a baking tray and compress with the bottom of a glass
Bake for 20 mins or until golden
Compress with a glass while still warm and let cool
Melt chocolate, grate orange peel and mix together. Then drizzle on top of the flapjack
